Cancellation Policy

Scheduling & Confirmation Virtual consultations must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Your appointment is reserved specifically for you once your booking is confirmed. Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your consultation **up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time**, subject to available appointment times. Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be considered a late change and may not be eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations Cancellations may be made up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund, according to the payment terms associated with your booking. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment are considered late cancellations and may be non-refundable. Missed Appointments If you do not attend your scheduled virtual consultation and do not cancel or reschedule within the applicable timeframes, the appointment may be considered a **no-show** and the consultation fee may be forfeited. Technical Issues Because consultations are conducted virtually, please ensure you have a reliable internet connection and a device with a working camera and microphone. If a technical issue prevents the consultation from taking place, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine the best way to proceed. Our Commitment We value your time and ours. These policies allow us to reserve dedicated consultation time for each client while giving others the opportunity to book available appointments.
